"So far these tents or food aids have not been reached to the Mentawai. This is possibly the limitations of transportation as well as ocean waves that are still high," said Pinda Wednesday (27/10).
He also explained, so far there is no certainty the fate of a number of foreign nationals in the Mentawai. But the team of volunteers YCM mentions, that one of the ships carrying foreign tourists was destroyed in the fire.
